Excel Dentistry was started in October 2006 by Dr. Kathleen Pham, DMD, a 2004 graduate from the prestigious Case Western Reserve University, School of Dentistry, in Cleveland, Ohio.  Dr. Kathleen Pham is member of the following professional dental societies:

Since Jan 2013, Excel Dentistry is located at 951 W. Main Street, #A, Lewisville, TX 75067.
Our office is equipped with Nitrous Oxide System, Digital X-ray system, TV-DVD entertainment systems in each room for patients and our staff are bilingual in both English and Spanish.

We're also happy to offer you essential information about concepts of health and wellbeing.
